If you'd like I can buy them and ship to you. 40 EUR for the set plus postage and packing - don't know how much...but simply according to expenses.
Or you ask the seller if he will ship to France - some people should understand english.

Regarding engine conversion it seems to be that the CIH engine is the simplest way as originally supplied in the Kadett - C. You may take the 2,4 litre as I took for my CF together with twin webers and machined head - good for approx. 200 PS for reasonable cost. Might be difficult to find in France. Engine conversion to "red top" I belive this is the DOHC from the Kadett E / Astra is more difficult. You will need different sump, engine mounts, exhaust, maybe distributer fouls heater, gearbox is limited availability, modified propshaft etc.
Of course anything is possible - always depending on money available.
A very hot alternative is the CIH 24V head shortened by 2 cylinders. A very high spec engine is more reliable than the Ascona400 unit and will give around 300PS at 2,4 litre - goes like hell but costs a little fortune.
