Why not go the whole hog - 2 x Rover 75 / MG TF alloy throttle bodies in place of the Strombergs on the original manifold, twin throttle cables avoid having to make a linkage, a 2L XE or Ecotec fuel rail and injectors mounted on the manifold and Megasquirt and Megajolt combined.  Ultra cheap injection and mappable engine management and lots of fun setting it up!

Mainly because of the complexity of the fuel delivery system - need high pressure lines, swirl pot, return line to tank, and so on. I'm not worried about any of the other bits, but that part scares me. Adding the mappable ignition helps a lot in terms of smooth running without that extra complexity.
