the car does not have to be registered as scrap untill the car is scrapped . the car is being sold with its v5 as we all sell cars . just because the shell is rotten why is this wrong , there are some mad people out there that would rebuild it and to be honest there are a lot of rally cars out there that keep the same reg but have had many shells . it is what the new owner does with it that could !!! poss be wrong . the reg does not matter to anyone that does not buy it in my opinion because no body else can scrap it unless you have the v5 and your details on it .

I meant on the registers here, I considered reshelling it, but the same people condemning me for daring to break it would also have condemned a car thats been reshelled as "it's not really a HS" etc etc . . . . .  I've been caught out once before because of details that were in a members only part of a forum, and in that case when I sold the car there was elements questioned due to photos seen pre resto etc, hence If I advise of the reg, the entry will be updated that says the car was stripped/scrapped etc etc and then if someone is brave enough to restore it there will be an element of doubt created because of what it says in the registers . . . and that is the only reason I'm not sharing the reg . . unless I scrap it in which case I will update the register . . .
