The revcounter looks like the type used in our cars redline 6200. Of your Vauxhals have the same sure I've seen it used in the Magnum or 2300 Viva. As far as this conversion goes I don't think its too hacked as the interior pic suggests. Most of the conversions done to the clones the engine is mounted back into the car the further back theless footwell area and wider tunnel. I think this cars very good still hardly the job we've seen some other Snoots have been to restore. Whether the owner see's it as such I would'nt know or how many others here see it. A rethink about this it's that good a car worth the re-fitting of a dtivetrain reverting it to the very special Vauxhall it in fact is. As it is now it's not one of the 100 Can Am more a confusion between a modified Snoot and one of the most common Firenza's around all the V8 clones. Just my opinion and probably biased due to my favourite badge the Griffen !
