View the amazing American Air Museum, the unmatched display of armoured fighting vehicles, the new £25 million Air Space exhibition as well as hanger after hanger of war planes and civil aircraft, including Concorde. Although this is not an official flying day, the historic Second World War airfield is the home of many "warbird" companies and interesting flying action may often be seen on and over the field.
The site features a variety of catering facilities.
The VBOA will be subsidising this event and entry will be at half normal price at just £8 per adult, children under 16 free. Entry will be by pre-purchased official Duxford tickets only and these will be allocated by the VBOA on a first come first served basis as numbers may have to be limited.
Entry to the site will be from 10.00am onwards.
The entry form must be used for all entries (email the VBOA or Edmund). Please return it with cheques/POs made out to the VBOA and a stamped self-addressed envelope for the tickets.
The VBOA looks forward to welcoming you and your members to this unique event. Why not make it a club day out and set up a "stand" within the display area? Please ensure you publicise it to all your members.
Kind regards
Ian Coomber
EDIT: Downloadable entry form now up on the VBOA website. See http://www.vboa.org.uk/toplevel.php?p=e1&inc=41
