went to a local meet last night, lots of classic American & British cars, its at Mc bobs at the metro center just of A1, its on every 2nd wed of the month
from apr to oct, 6pm onwards. just drop in if you passing or drop the good lady off at the shops & have a look around & a chat, v,friendly atmosphere.
if its a nice night Thar over 100 cars & pickups Thar.

i was there! turned a bit late though in the viva. will be there next month though hopefully - look out for a blue hc

think the oct one is the last one this year, thar has been rumors that the goons in-charge ov the metro-center are trying to stop it but wr just ignoring them
& going down anyway. you wud think that the amount ov intrest & bissnes it brings to the place & 99% ov people are spot on thay wud leave you alone
but no as usual 1% can spoil it fore the majority.
 just thaught a wud
pickys ov the other cars to show how varied it is rik

Is the Oct meet planned for the 14th then? No Chevettes on the road but provided I'm not working in Plymouth or somewhere similar I wouldn't mind
blasting over in the Cavvy. What time does it normally kick off?

thay start arriving about 6pm & dwindle away between 8.30 to 10pm ish a let you know nearer the time, shud be the 14th, mall.

if you get thar 6pm ish you stand a chance ov parking together, see wot the weather is like nearer the time as it can effect the turn out. but thay usually
make the effort as it the last one this year, then see if it starts again next year.

well according to the bbc the weather shud be ok this wed neet, so if anybody oot & aboot or passing just call in. hopefully its a gud un with-it being the
last one this year, a prob be in my chevette.

well the night started well with the metrocenter security trying to stop any car that looked old or American, by jumping out in front ov the cars with a cone,
needles to say it didnt stop the dodge ram
 then the police cam &
took the cones away & tolt off the security chips, anyway it wos
a ok night caught up with sum old freinds & bumped into michael with his v,nice HC. av too do sum ov those rd rallys with you michael.
